This charming residence is nestled in a romantic and picturesque setting, a delight to behold year-round. The structure blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape; the interiors are welcoming, refined, and highly original, and the atmosphere is familiar, perfect for making vacationers feel at ease. Another highlight is certainly the residence's location, allowing for quick trips to the picturesque surrounding villages such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Chianciano Terme, Bagno Vignoni, Cortona, the Val d'Orcia and Val di Chiana, and the beautiful art cities of Tuscany such as Siena, Arezzo, Florence, and Umbria's Perugia, Assisi, and Todi.
The home has a private entrance, and no one else is allowed in the private area during your stay.
Interior:
The home is located on a raised ground floor. It features a private outdoor area furnished for pure relaxation. The entrance opens onto a spacious living room with two sofas. The living room connects to the kitchen with a dining table, and both open onto the terrace, offering views of the surrounding hills and the village of Montepulciano and beyond. Returning inside, the hallway from the living room leads to the two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoors:
The outdoor area is a paved courtyard, equipped with a table, chairs, and a swing.
The area surrounding the home offers a unique setting, filled with seasonal scents and colors. The large oak tree adjacent to the home offers a unique setting for relaxing while enjoying a glass of wine. Opposite the main entrance to the residence is the Piccola Cantina farm, where you can enjoy walks in the surrounding grounds, book a tasting at the cellar, or even sample expertly prepared local produce, including pici and more, at the adjacent family-run trattoria, which has been in the area for over 50 years. Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners can be booked at the trattoria, to be enjoyed privately or in the company of the hosts and guests.
